Engine
Valve Springs
Mubea valve springs are cold-formed wire springs made of pure
spring steel with the highest tensile strength. These highly
stressed springs ensuring reliable valve closure with an optimum
spring force. Each engine valve springs and auto coil springs is CNC
coiled, stress relieved, ground, shot-peened and heat set.

Spring
Band Clamps
Constant tension spring band clamps are self-locking fastening
components. These spring band clamps securely seal hose connections,
influenced by vibrations under fluctuating pressure conditions.
Spring band clamps are suitable for cooling-heating circulation
systems, fuel line systems, servo return systems, shock absorber
connections, etc.

Suspension
Coil Spring
Suspension coil springs are produced in a cold state, using spring
wire with highest tensile strength. The cold forming process imparts
high flexibility in the spring design. Thus allowing for adaptation
of the geometry to any suspension strut or axle cinematics without
making it necessary to use special dies. In addition to cylindrical
springs, lateral force compensating side load (SL) springs are also
produced.

Stabilizer
Bars
The range of suspension stabilizer bars includes tubular stabilizer
bars (outer diameter - 17 to 40 mm) and solid stabilizer bars (outer
diameter - 12 to 33 mm). In addition, all add-on parts are also
produced like rubber bushings, clamps, links, etc. Tubular
stabilizer bars are provided with a weight reduction of up to 50% as
compared to other bars.

Belt
Tensioner System
Automatic belt tensioner systems are offered for all FEAD (front
end accessory drive) belt drives. This includes solutions for
restrictive mounting space requirements, including weight and
cost-effectiveness. Cutting-edge modular assembly systems like
rotary index tables are used for the production. This ensure highest
product quality and economy.

Head
Rest
Headrest retaining rods and supports are produced in automated
production lines. Tools are primarily designed in-house to ensure
timeliness and cost-effectiveness. Pre-rolling and milling the rods
allow for high-precision notch designs. Thin walled tubes can now be
used, thanks to the introduction of this technology into production.

Tailor
Rolled Products
Tailor rolled products (TRP)® are produced using a cold rolling
process developed by Mubea known as flexible rolling. The
cold-rolled strips provide variable sheet thicknesses in the
direction of rolling. The process chain for producing TRP includes
adapted heat and surface refining processes and downstream classic
cold-forming processes.

Camshafts
Mubea is the specialist for lightweight, highly functional
manufactured camshafts and drive shafts. Using patented hydroforming
assembly process, hubs of varying widths are connected to
lightweight tubes through sheer friction. In this process, hydraulic
pressure is applied in a tube functioning as the support and the
tube undergoes plastic deformation against the hub. The plastic
deformation remains in the tube and the particular add-on part is "stuck"
on the tube due to its elasticity.

Tubular
Shafts
Highly functional and low-weight drive/transmission shafts from

These products are used in automatic and dual clutch transmissions
as well as continuously variable and manual transmissions.
